SURE STEP COMBINATION
FARROWING FLOORING SYSTEM
Use a combination of 12 x 12 Polypropylene Sow Slat
and 12 x 18 Polypropylene Nursery Creep Slat for a
complete modular farrowing system. Both slats are
designed for comfort, traction, strength, and flexibility of
installation.
Combine Sure-Step cast flooring centers with
Polypropylene Nursery Creep Slat for the ultimate in
farrowing systems. High density cast iron sections
provide effective bacteria control and comfort zoning.
The warm plastic provides a healthy dry place for piglets,
and the cool cast iron is comfortable for the sow, but
not attractive to piglets. Cast flooring is available in
6 x 24 and 12 x 24 flat or raised sections.
SURE-STEP POLY NURSERY
FLOORING
Sure-Step poly nursery flooring with its unique diagonal
design and sloped textured surface ensures better
traction. It also promotes a drier floor. The exclusive
flow through design enables the floor to stay cleaner
while in use and assures cleanability between sections.
Each section is 18 x 24. Sure-Step is for pigs up to
100 lbs. May be supported by fiberglass beam, treated
wood, or 1/4 x 4 steel or stainless steel.
